We are excited to announce that our 2nd Annual Mobile Azalea Trail Golf Tournament will be on April 13th at Heron Lakes Country Club. There are multiple sponsor levels available from $5000-$150. Team registration is also open, and the cost is $100 per player. Registration fee includes drinks, snacks, raffle tickets, golf, and lunch. If you have any questions, please fill out the box below. Teams are made up of four players, and the registration cost is $100 per person. Registration includes green fees, 2 carts per team, snack and beverages, a catered lunch, a free raffle ticket, and more! T-shirts are also available for sale at http://mobileazaleatrailmaids.com/gtshirts/.

- Premier $5,000: Two (4 player) team fees – Recognition on registration banner, a placard on EVERY hole, a full column calendar ad, & social media recognition
- Platinum $1,000: One (4 player) team fee – Recognition on registration banner, a hole placard, a ½ column calendar ad, & social media recognition
- Gold $500: Two player entry fee – Recognition on registration banner, a hole placard, ¼ column calendar ad, and social media recognition
- Silver $300: Recognition on registration banner, a hole placard, & social media recognition
- FULL-Cart Sponsor $250 (Limited to Six): Recognition on each golf cart
- Hole Sponsor $150: Recognition on a hole placard
Golf Tournament shirts can be purchased for $15. Payment through PayPal is required, no checks or cash will be accepted. Orders are due March 8th (shirts are not included in the player’s goodie bags).
